Meet Johnny

These days, he’s part trusted advisor, part comedian, and part human encyclopedia of terpenes. And because he can’t help himself, he also built DANKOLOGY hosted at DankOrDud.com, a non-profit cannabis education platform, so others can benefit from his curiosity. 

Before his cannabis career, Johnny launched Peak Designs, his own website design business. Imagine a one-man IT department crossed with a branding consultant, who also happens to fix your Wi-Fi while making your website sparkle. Clients didn’t just hire him—they kept coming back, because Johnny could guide them through marketing strategy one minute and network troubleshooting the next. 

He also spent several years at Moveworks in Silicon Valley, training AI chatbots to act more like helpful coworkers and less like moody teenagers. When enterprise clients wondered, “Why is the bot telling me to reboot for the 17th time?” Johnny was the one who filled the knowledge gaps and smoothed things over. 

And of course, there’s the Intel chapter—20 years of systems engineering, managing massive data centers, supporting thousands of users, and even evaluating software purchases worth millions. Oh, and he also taught at Intel University, proving he can explain complex tech without making the audience doze off (a rare gift). 

When he’s not budtending, designing, or wrangling AI, Johnny is likely diving into coursework at Dank University (yes, it’s a real thing), where he’s earned certifications like Master Dankologist and Terpene Whisperer. If that sounds like a video game character, you’re not far off. 

At the end of the day, Johnny is equal parts IT wizard, cannabis connoisseur, and people-person. Whether he’s troubleshooting servers, curating strains, or designing digital content, one thing’s certain: Johnny will solve the problem, crack a joke, and probably teach you something new along the way.
